As an entirely volunteer-run organization, Tracyton Pee Wee Sports Association relies on the support of our families.  Family involvement plays an important role in sustaining the organization and in maintaining the quality of the experience for our children.  For the Running Program to be successful,  Head and Assistant Coaches are required during the regular season(s) and End of Season Race. The End of Season Race also requires many hands. 

Volunteer Opportunities:
Regular Season(s):

• Head Coach: Obligation is twice per week (either M/W or T/Th) for one hour between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. Head Coaches determine practice days and practice start time within these set Running Program perimeters.
• Assistant Coach: Obligation is twice per week (either M/W or T/Th) for one hour between 4:30pm and 6:30pm as determined by the Head Coach.
  

• Course Set-up: Obligation is the day of for a set duration of time as determined by tasks which need to be completed. 
  
• Course Clean-up: Obligation is the day of for a set duration of time as determined by tasks which need to be completed.  
  
• Registration/Check-in: Obligation is the day of for a set duration of time as determined by tasks which need to be completed.
  
• Race Shirt Pickup: Obligation is the day of for a set duration of time as determined by tasks which need to be completed.
• Course Helper: Obligation is the day of for a set duration of time as determined by tasks which need to be completed.
